Institutional Data Governance

As part of the ARCHES 2026–2030 Strategic Network and in alignment with my role at the K4I Forum in the European Parliament, I am committed to the highest standards of data privacy. UPDATE provides institutional intelligence with a forensic focus on GDPR compliance and user trust.

Who I Am

At UPDATE, I prioritize the confidentiality of my professional audience. We do not sell, rent, or trade email lists or personal data with any third-party entities for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Technical Integrity

UPDATE utilizes cookies to maintain site stability and provide essential services. These technical identifiers do not extract personal data and can be managed via your browser's security settings.

Google Analytics & Monitoring

We use Google Analytics to observe broad visitor patterns across our EU-policy pillars. This helps us optimize our strategic reporting. All data is anonymized; we do not allow Google or any subsidiary to identify individual visitors.

AI Transparency: Policy Monitoring

In accordance with the EU AI Act, please be aware that UPDATE uses AI-augmented tools for real-time monitoring of policy shifts and data synthesis. These tools do not process personal visitor data for training. All final reports are curated and verified by Renato Toffanin.

Rights of Access & Deletion

Consistent with European Union data rights, you may request to view, amend, or delete any personal information held by this hub. Please direct your inquiry to our professional outreach address: toffanin@arches-centroricerca.org.

Policy Evolution

This policy is subject to updates to remain consistent with evolving EU digital regulations. The current version will always be the governing document for our data processing practices.
